Organisational Development
The Organisational Development (OD) Team is part of Human Resources. OD intends to shape sustainable, successful organisations where people are truly valued. Our role is to build the future capability of our organisation by enhancing the people-based strategies, structures, systems and processes. We strive to put people at the heart of everything we do and are skilled in leading and developing the behavioural aspects of people at work, promoting continuous improvement, and facilitating and supporting sustainable change. The OD team is dedicated to ensuring that Robertson is a great place to work, where all employees are encouraged and supported to flourish and each of us can make an impact on our purpose of assuring a sustainable future.
